Customers can request the transport of freight to destinations in Japan.

•For overseas flight departures from Narita Airport

MCAS Freight Handling Service
Customers should make arrangements to have unaccompanied freight shipped in advance to the Narita Airport destination specified by MCAS with delivery no later than the day before departure. When the passenger arrives at the Narita Airport departure terminal by limousine, MCAS staff will be waiting to accompany the passenger and the pre-arranged freight to the check-in counter. In addition to any shipping charges, this service will be subject to a separate handling charge(¥3,000). This service is available only to persons who have booked our helicopter service.

【Important】 Regarding the handling of excess baggage loaded on to the helicopter

Freight shipped in the helicopter cargo space is subject to certain restrictions. Helicopter cargo space allows each passenger to bring 1 piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 32kg and the sum of its 3 dimensions (L+W+H) under 158cm. Another piece of handbag or briefcase　is allowed as a carry-on luggage. Please understand that there is no cargo space allowance for additional luggage.

*Carry-on and checked luggage containing dangerous items will not be permitted. Passengers are requested to bring any fragile or valuable items as personal items or carry-on luggage under their own responsibility.MCAS shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items, luggage or their contents.

*All baggage will be measured before being loaded onto the helicopter. If any baggage is found to be outside of the regulated size, an exess baggage charge will be applied. If you suspect that your baggage will be over the allowable size please be sure to contact us in advance. There is a possiblity that baggage exceeding the regulated size will not be able to be loaded . Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.

Customers wishing to load a piece of luggage exceeding the regulated size or weight onto the helicopter will be charged an excess baggage charge.

(Excess baggage is only able to be loaded if there is sufficient room in the cargo space and is dependent on the status of reservations.)

* Excess baggage must be under the above conditions.
* This guide concerning excess baggage is not a commitment to load the baggage onto the flight. Excess baggage requests made on the day of the flight cannot be accepted. As a general rule we would like to request that you refrain from bringing excess baggage aoard the flight.
* Should your baggage be in excess of the allowable limit, there are instances where we may not be able to transport it to your final destination, even for overseas destinations. If you think that you will exceed the allowable limit please be sure to make enquiries with us in advance.
* Depending on the status of reservations, there is the possibility that all of your luggage may not be able to be loaded.

Parties at the restaurants of the ARK HILLS CLUB (private membership club on the 37th floor of ARK Hills) or the ROPPONGI HILLS CLUB (private membership club on the 51st floor of Roppongi Hills) can be arranged on behalf of MCAS customers. Because these are both private membership clubs, booking of parties can be arranged only by the MCAS;
neither club will accept requests for reservations directly from customers.

From conference rooms for a small number of people to halls for large-scale conventions, MCAS can assist in arranging the ideal space and support for a wide range of meeting needs.

In addition to the Grand Hyatt Tokyo and other accommodation facilities affiliated with Mori Building, our company can also assist with arranging accommodations in serviced apartments for visitors planning an extended stay.
