Should the customer choose not provide personal information that is essential for arranging travel services, the company may refuse the application.

Regarding individual personal data stored by the company, should an individual customer request the company disclose his or her individual information, the company, upon verifying that the person requesting disclosure is the applicant, will, excluding circumstance prescribed by law, disclose such information without delay.

Regarding individual personal data stored by the company, should an individual customer request the company amend, supplement, or delete portions of his or her individual information, the company, upon verifying that the person making the request is the applicant, will, should the stored information prove to be different from the factual information, amend, supplement, or delete such information without delay.

Regarding individual personal data stored by the company, should an individual customer request the company cease use of, completely delete, or stop providing to any third party his or her individual information, the company, upon verifying that the person making the request is the applicant, will, should it be determined that there is a reason for the request, cease use of, completely delete, or stop providing the information in question to a third party without delay.

Requests regarding individual personal data stored by the company noted in (4), (5) and (6) above, and enquiries or claims related to the company’s handling of personal information can be made through the contact information shown below. Procedures for handling requests etc. are carried out according to the processes established the company.
