The staff will inquire about your flight details (e.g., number of passengers, your airline flight, luggage, etc.) and will then present you with the optimal service plan.

Fill in and submit the prescribed MCAS application form.
For those customers wishing to take advantage of our pick-up and drop-off car service, please inform the staff when making your reservation.

Payment is to be made in advance by credit card.
A confirmation form will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in your application.

You will be notified in the event that inclement weather or other unavoidable circumstances seem likely to force the cancellation of your helicopter flight. MCAS staff arrange with each customer a latest date and time for when such notification should be made.

• *Customers coming from Narita Airport will be notified about their helicopter flight status upon their arrival at the airport.
• *If inclement weather or other unavoidable circumstances force the cancellation of the helicopter flight, an alternate car service (Japanese sedan; from 35,000 yen for a one-way trip) will be made available. If you wish to have this Alternate Car Service available to you, you will need to request it when making your reservation. The usage fee will vary depending on such factors as travel distance, vehicle type and the number of passengers; for more details, please contact the MCAS Reservation Desk directly.

•Departure from ARK Hills Heliport

Customers departing from ARK Hills Heliport are required to check in at the MCAS Counter on the first floor of ARK Hills.

•Departure from Narita Airport

An MCAS staff member holding an MCAS signboard will be waiting outside the customs clearance exit in the arrival lobby.
