Reservations for one or more passengers (maximum: 4 or 5 depending on the flight) are accepted from 1 month until 3 business days prior to the service date.

After completion of payment procedures, a reservation confirmation number will be sent to the applicant's registered e-mail address.
Online confirmation of morning flight departures (or cancellation due to weather, etc.) is available online from 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled flight at the MCAS website. Afternoon flight status is available from 9:00 on the same day as the scheduled flight.
Final check-in time is 15 minutes before scheduled departure time.

A MCAS staff will be waiting for you at the designated airline arrival terminal lobby (after passing through customs). Please look for our staff with our service name on it. If possible, it is appreciated if you can be at the lobby 10 minutes in advance to your boarding of our MCAS transportation service.
