Limousine Pickup/Return Service

Between the ARK Hills Heliport and the passenger's home, company or hotel (Minato, Chiyoda, Chuo and Shibuya wards and part of Shinjuku ward), limousine pickup/return service is available (included in the basic fare).

*Heliport-to-Door Limousine Service is provided to areas outside the Service Area for an additional charge. For more details, please refer to the chart below.

*In the case of cancellation of a reservation by the customer, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
- 100% Cancellation on the day of departure without prior notice of cancellation.
- 50% Cancellation on the day of departure with prior notice of cancellation.
- 30% Cancellation 1 to 3 days prior to the day of departure.
- 20% Cancellation 4 days to 1 week prior to the day of departure.
